Shipping Information

All orders placed within the United Arab Emirates shall be delivered via NasEX. For shipments destined for GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates), we engage two esteemed carriers: Emirates Post and DHL. Shipments may be tracked using your order number. Please note that international shipping is limited exclusively to the GCC region.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders placed within the United Arab Emirates are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Domestic orders are typically delivered within 1 to 2 days following dispatch. For GCC orders, the estimated delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days.

Standard delivery charges apply across the UAE, with supplementary fees determined by product category, weight, and dimensions. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Kindly note that same‐day shipping is not guaranteed except for select promotional items.

Shipping Costs

  • City Areas (UAE): AED 35 for orders up to 5KG, with an additional AED 2 per KG for orders exceeding 5KG.
  • Remote Areas (UAE): AED 70 for orders up to 5KG, with an additional AED 4 per KG for orders exceeding 5KG.
  • GCC Orders: Additional shipping charges may apply based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

Multiple Shipments

Please note that multiple orders or shipments may be reflected as separate entries on your monthly statement.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours provided they have not yet been processed. To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp at 050 222 7071 or email support@partmate.ae.

Cancellations are permissible under the following conditions:

  • The order has not been fulfilled.
  • We are unable to process your order.
  • The order does not arrive within the stipulated timeframe.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible; in such instances, please utilize our return process.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided that the product is in new condition and is returned within 7 days of receipt.

Returns may be made at a drop-off location, by mail, or in-store. To facilitate your return, you must download and print the return label; please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

No restocking fees will be charged. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchange Policy

We offer a complimentary exchange service if the delivered product does not correspond with your original order. However, if the order was placed in error by the customer, the customer shall be responsible for all associated postal fees required for the exchange.

Night Sky Auto Accessories Trading L.L.C (PartMate) provides domestic delivery within the UAE as well as shipping services to GCC countries.
