1. Who you are dealing with

partmate.ae (“the site”) is owned and operated by Night Sky Auto Accessories Trading L.L.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under trade licence 823159, trading under the brand name PartMate. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company; “you” refers to the person using the site.

By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Return Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order; a later revision does not apply retroactively to a purchase already made. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or place an order. By doing either, you confirm that you are, and that the information you give us is accurate and your own.

4. Your account

Accounts on this site are verified by a one-time code sent to your mobile number; we do not store a password for you. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

5. Permitted use of the site

You may use this site for your own personal or business purchasing. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute the site’s content, photography or product data without our written permission;
• use the site or its contents to advertise or sell goods or services of your own;
• extract data from the site by automated means, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security;
• submit anything unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to send us.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, without notice, from anyone who breaches this section.

6. Products, pricing and availability

We take care to describe every product accurately, including which vehicles and model years it fits, but photographs and descriptions are illustrative and finishes may vary slightly between production batches. If fitment matters to you, contact us with your vehicle details before ordering — we will confirm compatibility in writing.

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT at the applicable rate where VAT is due. The price and currency displayed at checkout are final and are what will appear on your payment statement and receipt. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm.

Prices and availability may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or if a price was displayed in error, we will contact you and you may either accept a corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

7. Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards (processed by Stripe), Apple Pay and Google Pay, instalment payments through Tabby, and cash or card on delivery within the UAE. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our systems.

The amount charged is always the total shown on the order, calculated by us from the products in your basket. Where a refund is due it is issued to the original method of payment.

8. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery timescales, shipping charges, cancellation windows and the return and exchange procedure are set out in full in our Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The PartMate and Night Sky Auto names and logos, the site’s design, text and photography are our property or are used by us under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you.

10. Material you send us

If you send us photographs, vehicle details or other material — for example with a parts request — you confirm that you are entitled to do so, and you grant us a licence to use that material for the purpose of answering you and fulfilling your order. We will not treat it as confidential unless you tell us it is, and we will not publish it as marketing without your agreement.

11. Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Following such a link is at your own risk.

12. Liability

We provide the site with reasonable skill and care, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

Parts must be fitted by a competent person and used as intended. We are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from incorrect installation, modification of a product, or use of a part on a vehicle it was not listed for.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

14. Trade restrictions

We do not sell to, or trade with, individuals or entities subject to applicable UAE, UN or OFAC sanctions.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
